If your question is about a subscription, email from the address on your Reticle account so we can find it. Most messages get a reply within two business days. Before writing, the help page answers the most common questions.

Reporting an abusive QR code or link

If a Reticle-served link (an open-qr.link address) is being used for phishing or anything harmful, email support@mail.reticle.cloud with the link address. Reports like this are read first.
