No. Free dynamic links have unlimited scans, and we never cap or expire a link that is being used. A free link with no scans at all for 90 days is reclaimed after two email warnings; one scan or one click keeps it. Some services cap free scans, which can break a code you already printed; Reticle does not.
They keep working. Links on your custom domain keep their domain, smart routing rules keep serving, files already behind file links keep being served, and passwords, schedules, and scan limits you set keep applying (you can always clear them, on any plan). You lose the ability to create or edit Pro features (and per-scan recording stops), not the links themselves. After your account leaves Pro, a link that then records no scans for 90 days becomes eligible for inactivity reclaim like any free link, after email warnings.
Yes. Pro attaches up to 5 domains you own, like go.yourdomain.com. New links encode your default domain, or any of them you choose, and codes you printed before a domain went live keep working exactly as they are. The Free plan is a real free plan, not a trial: it never converts and never charges, and any link you keep using keeps working.
Reticle Pro is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel: $7 every month on the monthly plan, or $60 every year on the yearly plan, in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe; Reticle never sees your card number.
You can cancel any time from your account page under Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Pro features stay active through the period you already paid for, and your account then returns to the Free plan. Your dynamic links keep resolving either way: a printed code is never broken by a plan change. The full details, including refunds, are in the refund and cancellation policy.
