What is a QR code platform, and do you need one?
"QR code platform" is one of those terms that sounds like marketing until you need one. A generator makes a QR code image. What the industry means by the term
Survey the companies that use the phrase and a consistent definition emerges. A QR code platform is a service that lets you create, customize, manage, and track QR codes, built around four layers:

Enterprise platforms stack more on top: team seats and permissions, CRM and automation integrations, APIs, and compliance certifications. Those matter if you are a marketing department. They are not what makes something a platform.
